Cuidado starts at from $550/month + IVA and unlocks 38 services per year: full electrical safety (panel, breakers, surge protector), fire prevention (dryer duct, hot terminals), deep water management (check valves, deep pump service, high-pressure gutter wash, septic), roof waterproofing, and routine anti-termite spraying.Memoria total starts at from $900/month + IVA and unlocks 58 services per year: weekly on-site presence, supervised landscaping, high-end specialists (insulation testing, A/C capacitors), alarm and camera testing, and the complete pre-rainy and pre-dry seasonal schedule. Network/security firmware updates run as quotable add-ons at any tier. What's actually included in a recurring maintenance visit?
A maintenance visit from The Repair Club Nosara works through your property's recurring list: walkaround with photo report, drain checks and quick fixes, bulb replacements, A/C filter inspection on every unit, tap pressure and water temperature checks, smoke and carbon detector battery checks, and any pending items flagged at the previous visit. Visits end with a photo log filed against your property. Deeper visits expand the list with engineer-led inspection, full A/C service, pump tuning, electrical panel torque check, plumbing pressure test, and a refreshed health score. The exact mix of visits and inspections depends on the tier and on the house — each membership is quoted per property.
How fast does The Repair Club respond to a property emergency in Nosara?
Memoria total and Cuidado members unlock priority emergency response — burst pipes, power loss, A/C failure, or any system that puts the home or guests at risk. Memoria total includes priority dispatch on top of that. Esencial members can request emergency service at any time; calls are billed at standard rate. Our team is on call seven days a week, including holidays. The exact response window depends on tier and on the property — Mauricio confirms the scope during the per-property quote. Which Nosara neighborhoods do you cover?
We cover the full Nosara coastal strip: Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada, the town of Nosara itself, Garza, and Las Delicias. Most of these communities are 5–25 minutes from our base in Playa Guiones, so a technician can reach any covered property in under 30 minutes during business hours. Properties in Punta Pelada, Esperanza, and the gated communities of Boca Nosara are also within the service area. We don't currently serve Sámara, Nicoya, or Tamarindo — staying focused on this coastline is what lets us guarantee response times.
