Send the list
WhatsApp the team a list of what needs attention, with photos for anything you’re unsure about. We’ll triage what fits a single visit and what needs a trade specialist.
Most of what wears out on a Nosara home is the small stuff: a swollen door, a corroded latch, a screen the iguanas pulled through, a curtain rod that pulled out of the wall in the humidity. We do the small jobs without making you call three different specialists, and we use coastal-grade hardware so the fix lasts more than a season.
A house in Guiones tends to fail in many small places at the same time. The humidity swells doors, the salt eats hinges, the lizards find every gap. Calling a plumber, an electrician, and a carpenter for an afternoon’s worth of fifteen-minute jobs is wasted money. Our handyman visits cover the long list in one trip and we keep coast-grade hardware on the truck so we’re not making three runs to the ferretería.

Members get a slot in their next recurring visit at no extra charge. For non-members and larger one-off lists, we confirm a window over WhatsApp.
On site we walk the list with you (or your house manager), confirm scope, and start work. Items that turn out to be a real trade job get flagged and quoted before any work begins.
Hardware brands, paint colors, screen mesh sizes, lock keying — all recorded so the next visit can match what we used last time.
Handyman calls are small jobs that one technician can finish in a couple of hours: fixture swaps, screen patches, hardware fixes, paint touch-ups. Trade calls require a specialist (plumber, electrician, A/C tech) because the work touches a regulated system or needs specific tools and parts.
For non-members, yes. We work in two-hour blocks so a single fifteen-minute fix is uneconomic to dispatch alone. For active members, small fixes are absorbed into the next recurring visit.
Yes. The truck carries the most common coastal-grade hardware (stainless hinges and screws, marine-rated locks, gecko-proof mesh) plus general carpentry, painting, and finishing tools. Specialty parts get sourced and confirmed before the visit.
Yes. Most of our visits run at the same time as the cleaner is there. Tell us in advance and we coordinate so we’re not stepping on each other.
Yes for small jobs and touch-ups. For a full re-staining or full exterior repaint, we usually quote it as a project rather than a handyman visit because the prep work is the bulk of the time.
Yes. A pre-arrival walkthrough is a common request: hardware check, screen check, light bulbs, batteries, and any obvious wear. Send the arrival date over WhatsApp and we schedule a visit a day or two before.
The fastest way to reach the team is WhatsApp. Send a photo and a short description and we will tell you straight what we can do and when.
